Victory Enterprises was established in 1997 by Mr. Vic Haines. It is a small, disabled-veteran business. Because of Mr. Haines experiences in the Army and his background in electrical contracting Victory Enterprises has been retained to assist the military in the Communication/Information Assurance area. In 1999 he became a certified BiCSi Technician and is currently a member of BiCSi. Mr. Haines has over 30 years experience in contracting to include construction, electrical, telephone, data and fiber optics; and has supported many commercial as well as government facilities in achieving their data, communication, and telecommunications goals. Our employees carry clearances which enables us access to many secure areas.

Victory Enterprises specializes in communication and data installation. One area is in assisting the Information Assurance Divisions (IAD) in the installation and upgrading of the Protected Distribution System (PDS). Victory Enterprises has been contracted to assist the IAD in meeting compliancy requirements for the Classified Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET) and the Unclassified Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET). These services are absolutely critical for Information Assurance Divisions to meet Mission Requirements and support the Global War on Terrorism.

Victory also assists in providing support for non-military infrastructure and end devices. Another area of expertise is in the area of repairing and upgrading existing office space with the most recent updated data/fiber and audio visual technology and communications. This also includes demolition and installation of new walls, doors and locks.
